What the license actually means

Wyo Stays is a licensed Wyoming real estate brokerage. That means fiduciary duty, regulated oversight, and the ability to handle long-term leasing and the eventual sale of a property under one licensed counterparty. Most short-term rental co-hosts are not licensed and cannot.

Where the money actually goes

Guest and owner funds run through a real trust account, not co-mingled with day-to-day operating cash. Wyo Stays also carries Errors & Omissions insurance and is insured and bonded.

Who answers the phone

A real local number, not a support ticket queue.
