Cleaning & Turnover
- A documented, photo-verified clean before every arrival.
- Not a spot-check: a checklist.
- Linens, surfaces, and the details guests actually notice.
Safety & Maintenance
- Working smoke and CO detectors.
- A stocked first-aid kit.
- Verified locks.
- Maintenance issues fixed before they become a guest's problem.
Trust & Booking Transparency
- Total price shown up front. No fee sprung at checkout.
- Guest and owner funds run through a real trust account, not co-mingled with operating cash.
Local Responsiveness
- A real, local phone number.
- A person who knows the property, not a support queue reading a script.
Authentic Wyoming Character
- A stay that reflects where it actually is: the Bighorns, a Sheridan Main Street loft, a ranch outbuilding.
- Not a generic rental template dropped into Wyoming.
Wyo Stays is a licensed Wyoming real estate brokerage. That means fiduciary duty, regulated oversight, and the ability to handle long-term leasing and the eventual sale of a property under one licensed counterparty. Most short-term rental co-hosts are not licensed and cannot.
